cmsbeth Yep. This is a custom made Waterford. I had problems fitting my overly long "spider legs". Lol. The whole process was really fun. There is a fellow in Key West who does a custom analysis. He watches your pedal stroke and has a computer generated report that outlines details of the frame. I can ride this bike for much longer than the bikes that did not fit me. Thanks for noticing the bike!!
