Beth, I don’t know how the mix up happened with the extra picture at the bottom showing the different tag…and then me labeling it as JCrew instead of Banana. I’m so sorry. Hopefully the pants are still cute on you. I’d like to refund part of your payment. Trying to figure out how.

@gerichester, I wore the pants for the first time today and they fit and I like them even though they are not what I thought I was purchasing. I was feeling a bit reactive and disappointed this morning, and I am over it now. I appreciate you reaching out and trying to rectify this. I don’t think there is any way to refund after acceptance, but that is ok.
