ginnyc17 The dress has 🚫final markdown 🚫 in the description. It's new with tag Retail bought to sell at my store (I own a boutique). Final markdown that's the lowest price and no other offers will be accepted. If I have overstocks or odd sizes left, I offer them near my wholesale cost. Your offer doesn't cover what I paid for it after posh fees. That's why description says final markdown. I wish I could sell it for $15; but, I can't lose money. Thanks
