poshwork6 @msbethrachel Good morning, I got a shipment notification that the dress had actually shipped yesterday and regular USPS? I had thought it left Monday and UPS 3-day?

msbethrachel @carringtons6a I absolutely did ship it 3 day on Monday. I have no idea why it was sent just today, super disturbing to hear this! I will call UPS, and see what happened. I’ll get back to you ASAP

msbethrachel @carringtons6a yes totally! I can’t believe I didn’t catch this, so sorry! I am on phone holding with UPS for a supervisor, I’m going to refund your shipping and press UPS for a refund to me.

msbethrachel @carringtons6a To confirm, you said you actually needed the dress by next Monday in your comments 2 days ago, so even with this wacky USPS tracking, you should receive the dress by then. I will get back to you as soon as I find out what’s going on. I may need to wait until you receive the package to have shipping refunded. So sorry for this again!

poshwork6 @msbethrachel Yes, that’s correct, by Monday (at the latest!) I just got nervous when I saw USPS that they’d screw it up — I, and everybody else, have had so many late packages these last few months. I really hope you don’t have to spend any more time trying to figure it out. Fingers crossed!

msbethrachel @carringtons6a okay they’re being less than helpful since they don’t know what happened at customer service but they’ve put an inquiry out to the UPS store where the transaction took place. They said it’s marked as urgent so I should have a response within 24 hrs. I’m hoping that it gets to you by Monday, if it doesn’t come by Monday, I will accept a return for a full refund and I’ll take a claim out with UPS, if it’s too late for you to get it altered.
