bethanne50 @spiredem is there anyway you can take to the UPS store in your area and tell them it was sent to you by mistake See if they can return to sender.

spiredem @bethanne50 it’s USPS, not UPS. This looks like they use narvar - you can print a label from them. http://mauricescareteam.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/36/~/return-policy When you get to the print screen select “save as PDF” on your computer.
