martamregn Hey Beth, just saw your note... I’m not sure what happened. I packaged the necklace myself in a small tan bag wrapped in pink tissue. Did the packaged appear to be tampered with? I’m so sorry about this!

clarkbe5 @martamregn Hi Marta. The little bag was wrapped in pink tissue as you described, but there wasn't a necklace in the bag. I had to cut the tape to open the box, so it doesn't appear to be tampered with.

martamregn @clarkbe5 Im so sorry about this, I’m not sure what happened. I wrap the items when they’re listed and just put them in boxes when sold. I prepare all my sales in the same place and have not found the necklace just going through it now. I’m happy to refund you my earnings on the necklace outside of poshmark or could give you a discount on something else from my closet. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you! Again I’m very sorry.
