jilladoll Hi! Thank you SO much for your purchase! However, as I was packing up the bag I noticed the zipper was a little jammed. I went to pull at it and pulled the entire zipper off🤦🏻‍♀️ The tote is still completely functional, just would not be able to be zipped shut. If you’d like I can refund your entire purchase or re-list for $150. I’m so sorry!!!

bettybp @jilladoll I'm not sure if my p a y p a l credit will let me repurchase, can you just give me the fifty refund through p a y p a l? If you feel more comfortable waiting until I get and accept the bag so you have the money that works for me :) Do you think I can just get the zipper fixed? I don't really need a zipper on it I just love the bag so I'll still get it.

jilladoll @bettybp I can definitely send you $50 through P*p! I’m pretty sure you can get the zipper fixed, I have the zipper pull still I can send with the bag. You really don’t need to zip it shut, it’s right at the top and I always just used the bag as a tote which is probably why I never realized it was jammed! The bag is gorgeous but now I’m eyeing one of the larger day bags! What is your email I can send the $$ now!
