bethl13 @nicolebattista as I said above they told me the only option was to mail all the items back (they couldn't just allow return of the boots that had the size listed incorrectly). I packed it and sent it already.

bethl13 @nicolebattista Yes! I wanted to keep the rest and they kept saying it wasn't possible to do partial refunds. I didn't want a partial refund - just a return on the boots based on the size discrepancy. I would have happily kept everything else!
