I truly was not aware it was not an exact 9, that is what I was sold at Silpada party and what was labeled on box. Could pay to have you ship it back and give you a refund. I am really sorry about this.

@bsarrisi Never had this issue before, so I had to contact someone who deals with Poshmark all the time, sorry for the delay. Here are the steps on your end since you accepted the order. 1. Click on your order. 2. Click on Problem, Order Inquiry. 3. Click on Contact Poshmark Support. 4. Click on Category, Return 5. You type in the issue, not exact size 9.

@bsarrisi6. Poshmark processes on their end and should send me a message asking if I will accept and when I do, should give you refund to your account and label to ship back. I believe they decide about return shipping.

Couldn't put all the message in one. Not sure what could have happened, other than defect from Silpada. Going to a jeweler to have each one measured in millimeters to add to listings. Sorry again. Let me know what happens in your end. Thanks.

@holbrooksusan they are making pretty difficult for me to show the ring is too small. I bought it for my middle finger but it fits my ring finger so I will keep it. Are you able to cancel the issue on your end. If not, I’m just not going to follow up and eventually it will work itself out. So sorry for all this trouble.

@bsarrisi Sorry about that, they have not sent me anything yet. Definitely learned a lot from this, so no worries. Took all rings to a jeweler yesterday, had them measure and check everything, luckily I had the rest listed completely accurate, was panicked. Hope you will still enjoy ring on your ring finger, it really is beautiful. I broke most of my fingers, now RA is taking over, so I can't even wear my wedding ring. Thanks again!
