Hi Beth, I am the seller from whom you recently bought a Dress The Population black dress. This is a message to tell you that through an accident made by me I have mailed it to the wrong address. I am now working with the person who has it to have them return it to me so that I can ship it to you. Hi, I am sorry that I didn't explain it very clearly. That day I sold two dresses. I accidently downloaded another buyer's label twice and put one on your package.

On 4/25 Poshmark reminded me to send your order and I thought I did. But the system didn't show it. I had to investigate what happened and I found out I never downloaded your shipping label, I downloaded another one twice, this was my mistake.

To answer your question about why I didn't have it shipped from the other person it is because I can't give your address to anyone else because we have to protect every customers privacy. It is not safe to give out people's addresses.

Hi, The dress hasn't been sent back to me and I am still waiting like you are. As soon as I get it I will let you know. It is possible that Poshmark has already cancelled the sale and refunded you the purchase price. You might want to check your account on this. That would be their standard policy when an item is not shipped after seven days. The system automatically does that and I have no control.

@betterstyle hi. I’m just back from a trip and tried on your dress this morning. The dress is too short as appears to have been cut (I tried in in store last month and dress is much longer. The XL is too snug for me thus I will need to return unfortunately. How do I go about getting refund & sending back your way this week? Thanks.

Hi, Sorry to be late getting back to you. Just wanted to tell you that this dress is not altered because the edge is in its original shape. If you take a careful look on the edge you will see the edge fabric is very different than the skirt material. On the edge there is left some sheer lace. That's where the end hem is. If it was altered it would have a different look and you would see cuts in parts of the flowers.
