rubyraes @bvonstriver Hi Beth, I unfortunately have some bad news. The ears you purchased were severely damaged. I'm terribly sorry this happened. I tried getting new ones at Disneyland and after a wild goose chase, I found out they're sold out. I can send you one of the other ears that I have or something else in my closet totalling $45. Please let me know what you would like to do.
