I received the cute Ahnu shoes from you but they were advertised as a size 8 and they are clearly a size 9. I'll be glad to sent you a photo but need to return them. Sadly they are too big. Thank you for wrapping them so well and for the quick ship however. I'm so disappointed they were too big.

@sharper1600 You’ll need to request a return. I think maybe you can do this when you accept the item? Not positive, as I’ve not done this myself. Then I’ll receive a message from Poshmark & accept the return and then you’ll be sent a shipping label.

@sharper1600 I’m so sorry for all the trouble. I did a little research & here’s what to do: Go to My Purchases, select Your Order, select Problems/Order Inquiry & follow the prompt to open a case for “item not as described”. I hope this helps!
