Yeah she was soo shady. No way was I calling her. I did some homework about fakes. I found the (fake) uggs on amazon also 1/2 price but no way I was getting them either. Some bought them there and reselling fakes! I don't know where else but I wanted real ones. Apparently fakes are similar but not real sheepskin inside. Thanks for helping look out for ea other!! Beth it does matter. This is what I did it was easy. You go to your account: press the button on the bottom right with your email to go to your account. Then click "posh support" then click "contact posh support" & put in your complaint. I let them know on my end as suspicious. Hope this helps. Your complaint needs to be heard as well. Best of luck.
