Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the Juicy purse! Wanted to let you know that what you described as a "hole" is not a flaw but the way the bag was made. It's like that at each end of the zipper... the seam isn't closed. I'm not sure why but it's just the design of the bag. I apologize for not noting that in the description. As for it being dull, that's just the color.

Almost forgot.... if you want to clean it, velour can be gently wiped down with a cool damp cloth. Be extra gentle around the embossing. I have also put Juicy bags in the washer with positive results: remove the charm, turn inside out, zip up inside a mesh washing bag (for delicates). Wash in cold water on the gentle or preferably hand wash cycle if your washer has it. Hang to dry. NO dryer. Just wanted to provide that info for you since you mentioned it. Best wishes to you...
