bethi32 Hi Beth - I am SO SORRY I realized I switched two free People items shipping labels and I sent you a top instead of your dress 🤦‍♀️. I still have your dress here so when you get the package file a claim and they’ll give you a new label to ship the top back then I can ship your dress. I cannot tell you how sorry I am.

bethi32 @bwillis79 I did receive the top today! The only way to get a new shipping label is to have you repurchase the dress so I’ll have to make a new listing. I’m sorry I’m trying to do this Poshmarks way, you should have been refunded or will be as soon as I accept the order. I’ll then relist so you can buy and I can ship with a new number. You’ll see the tracking fine through on the site.

bethi32 @bwillis79 ok so I can’t go in and accept the order so you get refunded because Poshmark doesn’t show it delivered and there’s no way to accept it. Grrrr so I’ll keep checking and as soon as it shows delivered I’ll accept it so you’ll be refunded and repost the item and tag you. As long as posh updates today or tomorrow morning I’ll get it in the mail right away tomorrow. Or we can just cancel - totally up to you

bethi32 @bwillis79 there’s no way to expedite through posh but they ship 2-3 day shipping so you should have it Friday.
