We were on Christmas Tree Lane! The ponies aren't mine -it was at a mini-pony farm in Solvang, CA. But you need animals! 6 acres!

Used to live in Northridge. Actually 18 years of California from San Diego up through the San Fernando Valley. Pioche (correct spelling) :) is a very, very small old mining town, one of the original mean "wild west" towns (they would shoot you if you looked at them wrong!), about 1000 residents, we are 29 miles north east of the town up on a mountain, about 30 - 31 year round people, 10 to 40 additional seasonal. Have done more sales since I moved here! Go figure. Stay safe!
