beekind_unwind @mustangq I called customer support and apparently all they can tell me is that USPS is experiencing shipping delays due to Covid-19. I think the only thing we can do at this point is to give it more time before it is considered lost.

beekind_unwind @mustangq I wasn’t tagged in your comment so I never saw your question, apologies! PoshMark support has an ongoing issue (see updates in the “PoshMark Status” section of the app). Support said I had to wait until 8/4 to request further action. I just emailed them again. There are no updates from USPS since 7/24 so I asked what we need to do to get refunded. I am sure you will be refunded in full. I’ll continue to update you. If you wish to open a case as well that may move things along. Thanks!

beekind_unwind So...I can’t even get a live support agent even with my open ticket #! Literally no option to talk to a customer service rep at USPS. Just a recorded message about Covid-19 delays. 13087111 is the ticket #. I’ll keep trying via email!
