hiskyttn Hi Beth - I bought lenox cats from you and one of them is missing the butterfly from the nose. By any chance do you have it still? Unfortunately I didn't open the package completely until yesterday because of multiple issues and so didn't see the butterfly broken off the nose or the tail. The one on the tail can be reglued, but the one for the nose is entirely missing. I'm hoping you may have it at home somewhere and be able to send it on?

treasuremine4u @hiskyttn Hi Maya, I am so sorry that those are broken. I wrapped everything well and all were intact and in pristine condition. If something was broken or missing I would have told you. Please check the package again to see if it loose in there. If not, then someone had opened and resealed the box during shipping. Did the box look like it was retaped?

hiskyttn @treasuremine4u unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the box. the cats were very well wrapped too, so I was surprised that the butterflies were not intact. I'm not upset, just hoped maybe it had come off while wrapping and you had found it later.

jcarnes5 Hi! Thanks for purchasing the coach coinpurse and notebook! I just took them out to quality check and pack up. Unfortunately the zipper on the coinpurse is splitting open when closed. It works fine, but I dont feel right about selling something that is essentially broken. If you could cancel your order I will re-list and adjust the price to reflect the condition of the coinpurse or remove it from the listing all together. Very sorry for the inconvenience!
