beth_guidry @ngreeneaz sorry just learning how to post & I can't figure out how to ask for help using app... seems like the format changed when selecting picts to post... I select them & click done & it doesn't post them🤦‍♀️ can you help or tell me how to contact someone.

debwine56 @beth_guidry Hmm I’m not sure I understand your question. Is it when you are listing a new item or are you adding or changing pictures on an existing listing? Have you possibly reached the maximum number of pics allowed? I don’t know of any substantial change on the app as far as adding pics & I only use the app not the web. Maybe if you can give me some more details I could try to help.

beth_guidry @debwine56 well I click sell on my app like I did all day yesterday & I click on pucts that I want & then press done & it would show them connected to post so I can fill out what I'm selling ect... but every time I select picts it just sends to my live camera feed... I'm looking online to see if there is a glitch bcuz even the place I select pictures from now looks different.

debwine56 @beth_guidry So you’re doing a new listing & choosing pics from your library, not taking them “live”? It could be a glitch like you said because mine is working the same as always either way I do it. Not that it would probably change this issue, but do you always update your apps when notified?

beth_guidry @debwine56 yes maam I do update them & actually went to look if it needed to be updated... uughh.. well I'm gunna sleep on it bcuz I'm not being productive lol... thank you so much. I can't take good live picts right now it's too dark so I will wait til tomorrow. I appreciate all your help.
