kswiley I'm still new to this and was so excited for my first sale on the jacket you just bought as as I went to wrap it up saw a hole in the sleeve that I had not noticed till now. I had not noticed it when I listed it and do not want you to get this as it was not listed with that issue. I'm still so new to this like I said and not sure how else to message you. Is there a way to cancel the sale I don't want to sell you this with a hole. I'm sorry and embarrassed please let me know what to do

kswiley you are so wonderful I originally had it on fb and then was like oh let me try this & never looked it over close so I'm glad you saw it and are OK with it.What type of rescue dogs do you have. We have two & this month had to put down our oldest rescue she was in Irish setter and the best dog. But at 14 her legs and bladder were failing and it's sooo sad we miss her I'll get this packaged up-will touch back when it's pick up. We have rescue poodles and German shepherds. They are a lot of work but oh so worth every moment and penny! Your coat will come in handy during these chilly months when I’m working with them outside! kswiley Thank you so much one quick question I see they say you can use flat rate boxes with their pre printed label is that really true I have a medium one and wasn't sure if that will match up with whatever the label shipping value is? Let me know otherwise I'll use a regular brown box. Not sure which is better

ontrend4you @kswiley you can use any box you’d like, If you use a flat rate box, use a marker to mark through the flat rate printing, or wrap the box with craft paper so the post office doesn’t get confused. Hope this helps!! 😃😃😃
