Do I have to follow them back to see what they are selling in their closet? If I'm not following people does that mean I can see what they have for sale? Last- how will I know if someone wants to buy my items for sale? Will I receive the posh notification or an email? Thanks again. I am excited to get started.

ringleader @berard2100 following someone means that you can see their items in your newsfeed. You like to collect followers; if you follow someone, they may follow you back. Posh notifies you when something sells via email. Be sure you set your notifications.
