littlepolkadots Hi...I wanted to personally thank you for your HD in Paris blouse purchase, and also to apologize for the fact that the tie was too short. I really put a lot of pride and effort into my business and am sad to know you were not 100% satisfied. I did not know the tie was shorter than usual, and really had no way of knowing it... I would also love to hear from you what would you suggest I personally do in the future to improve these issues. Thank you so much, I surely appreciate it.

blmorris13 @littlepolkadots Thank you so much for your kind comment. They had been cut with scissors to where it is difficult to tie. I assumed it was bc the metal clasps were bothering the person or one of them fell off (I have this in pink and that happened on that one). I didn’t realize you didn’t know they had been cut and so my review was due to the fact that I wasn’t told. But since you didn’t know then I should have given you a five! I appreciate you being so kind and I hope I didn’t offend you!
