im_ya_poshah Hi Beth. Saw your offer and I will think on it. Very cute coat. Since you're a posh ambassador I wondered if you can advise me. Have you ever had someone vandalize an item that you sent to them and they complain that it wasn't as described so you end up being out an item and they make it not resellable? I mailed an inexpensive sweater dress to someone that was perfectly fine and she opened a case to return it and said it had holes in it right in the front.. And they are deliberate. :(

im_ya_poshah ...and Poshmark didn't believe me despite my photo of my dress clearly has no holes. Do you have any advice for me on how to fight this I'm really upset because I would not mail someone a defective item..I inspected the dress in daylight and there was nothing wrong with it. Now she's put 2 big holes in the front around the breast area. It's not the money it's the principle.

With regards to your situation, I have not had something quite that dramatic, but I did have someone send a pair of shoes back for being scuffed and I was sure I had sent them in pristine shape, but it was such a small issue that I was of course more than happy to take it back. I feel terrible that you are having such a disastrous experience!
