tickles99 Hi Bethany - I was packing the Lands End parka, dropped my pen, and got a small pen mark (maybe a centimeter) on the coat. I’m bringing to the dry cleaner now to see if they can get it out. I can send a picture of the mark. I totally understand if you want to cancel. They usually turnaround cleaning in 48hrs - so there would be a delay in shipping if you decide to continue.

beppyannplus4 @tickles99 Hey, that's too bad! I'm not too worried about getting it quickly, so shipping time is not a problem. You could let me know how it looks after dry cleaning, and we can go from there. If it comes out, no problem. If it's still there, maybe we could arrange a discount or something.
