raven572 Hi Bethany, I received the Aldo Booties a short time ago. I have a problem with the zippers on the booties. The zippers are very hard to zip. I did try putting a little zipper lube on each and they are very hard to zip on or off the foot. I am afraid to keep trying because I am afraid of breaking the zippers. They each move about 1 inch maybe a 1 1/2 inches and then become very hard to zip. I will be submitting a claim, I will not until I hear from you.

bethanynartker @raven572 hi- interesting. I’ve never noticed an issue with the boots and with the wide opening, the zippers are more of a look than actually needed to put the boot on. What would you like me to do?

raven572 Thank you for your quick reply. I would like to return them, I do not think I would wear them only zipped a bit, I believe they should zip at least to where the tap on the inside ends before they flare out. Just my thoughts .

bethanynartker @raven572 yes, and I’m confused that you say they do not zip. Not sure how to deal with a return as I’ve never dealt with this before. I obviously will take them back.
