lovend I just accepted your offer on the yellow Converse and then realized that they aren't a women's size 10.5 like the listing says but a 12.5. Could you please cancel the order?

bethieduck @lovend to actually cancel the order, go to you Account Tab > My Purchases > “Select the Order” > Problems/Order Inquiry > Accidental Purchase. One other requirement is that the order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. Usually, this won't be a big issue. I can’t do that on my end sorry

lovend Poshmark won't allow the buyer to cancel the order if the sale is the result of an offer (from buyer or seller). Only the seller can cancel the order in that case. If you follow the instructions above and select "My Sales", there will be a "Cancel Order" option under Problems/Order Inquiry.
