princhipesa65 &bettyrack67 Do you know what am I supposed to do to help you receive your refund? I have looked into the case and I can’t find any information and when I press “release payment “ it refers to my side not yours so I’m not sure how to proceed to speed up your refund,sorry.

bettyrack67 @princhipesa65 Hi, just saw your comment. Thank you for all your help and understanding. Poshmark sent me an email saying the charge was reversed and it included the shipping too. They stated it would take 1-2 days to process. I don’t know if you need to do anything on your side. I’ve never sold on Poshmark. Thank you 😊

If you look at the previous message, you’ll see that I tried reaching out before shipping but I was so concerned about a timely shipping that I sent them out.
