julesmpena Purchased a Tokidoki backpack in which the changing pad, as written in your post, was to be included. The pad was not shipped to me with the backpack. This was part of the reason I went with your bag and not someone else’s . How can this be righted???

bendrizzi @julesmpena hi, did you see my message back to you? The changing pad is in the back pocket? The one that is against the mesh back. The zipper is hidden if you don’t know where it is. I double checked that it was there before shipping it. Please let me know when you find it!!
