@bsnel thanks! I went ahead and checked the usps tracking info and it was packaged and dropped off the day after you ordered. looks like it took 2 additional days for USPS to process. I can sense your frustration with it arriving within 5 days of ordering. I use new priority boxes and apologize the item came wrinkled. As photos show, it definitely wasn’t when it was originally shipped. Again, things happen and I can definitely understand if you’d like to return it. Don’t hesitate to let me know!
