jess_woodbeck Hi Betsy! i think there may have been a mixup at the post office with your package and another poshers package! you will be receiving a long sleeve top, not the body care, as she received the body care! Please let me know when you get the package, return it, and i will send you the proper package!!

jess_woodbeck @betsywylie37 when you do get it, you should be able to file a “received wrong item” claim, and they send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back to me!

betsywylie37 @jess_woodbeck The wrong package label gets issued at the PO immediately? Or I have to wait to receive it in the mail? Do you have my real package back yet?

jess_woodbeck @betsywylie37 I do not have yours yet as I just got noticed yesterday that the wrong thing was delivered :( As soon as you submit a claim they should give you a prepaid label to send it back to me!
