klpposher Hi… this is Karen Paolicelli… you purchased the curling iron/straightener from me… I apologize as I am in the middle of another move and just found the curling iron/straightener and the box got destroyed, like ripped entirely. It was already a little torn on the top but the outer box that this box was in got wedged in the truck…

klpposher …The iron itself was wrapped in a ton of bubble wrapping and I have plugged it in to make sure that it is working properly but I wanted to make sure that you still wanted it before I sent without a box. I understand if you want to cancel the order and will immediately return your money if you want. If not, I will send it out today.
