Hi @bettycurley I always strive for 5-star costumer experience I am so sorry if you feel you did not receive that. I do appreciate you being honest about your experience & always take to heart what a costumer reports to be able to improve. I wanted to make sure you understand that I did not place this item in the dryer. It is preowned so the previous owner might not have followed the care tag directions. I hope you enjoy the gorgeous dress & I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day😊💕

Wow, what a rude person!!! You know poshmark sellers are humans, right?! the jacket I sold you was in excellent condition & looks EXACTLY like the photos. I would recommend getting OFF this app if you're just going to be mean to people... you got a great deal on an expensive jacket... Such rudeness and entitlement. I packaged the item as best I could to fit it into the packaging. Don't know what you were expecting or why the way I folded the jacket warrants such a nasty review.

Betty, The belt that I sold to you is beautiful (as you stated) and was sized by Dooney & Bourke - not by me. If you wanted a photo with a tape measurement I could have provided that if asked in advance. I strive for 5-Star Ratings, and rating your purchase as a 1-Star is not fair to me as a Seller. I do see from a previous seller comment that you are quick to discredit an item purchased. Other Poshmark Sellers need to be aware of how you are not treating Sellers fairly.

@dmcarmel hello, I am truly sorry that you feel badly.
I in no way blame you for the sizing that Dooney and Bourke places on the belt. It was received in the most lovey wrapping, and I appreciated the lovely note.
I was disappointed in the process of not being able to return something I was unable to use. I have since then been able to gift the item to someone who can use it, so I will not be looking to pursue a return.

@dmcarmel She gave me a 1-star review for having mailers that are small & rolling a jacket up so that I could fit it without going out to buy a new mailer when I was ONLY MAKING $12 from the sale. This woman truly doesn't understand poshmark sellers are REAL PEOPLE we are not big companies. If you don't want to accept the sellers return policy then shop at a big name store!! Don't order things from a resell app then hurt peoples business for it not living to impossible standards!!

@ojphillips94 - That’s a shame 🙁. Most of us sellers try so hard to do our best to package (I use recycled boxes, etc. when I can), and it’s the product that should count as long as I didn’t et destroyed during mailing. The Buyer did change my rating (after I complained). You may want to see if that can happen for you.

@ojphillips94 - I do believe in Karma. I’ve noticed that it’s usually the “newbies” who tend to downgrade the rating. Thankfully I haven’t encountered too many of them. Sellers should have a way to respond to negative feedback...

@dmcarmel so far she's just ignored me 😕 Hoping she can change mine as well. Also hoping it doesn't affect business too much it was truly just a shock because I've never had any negative feedback and I've been selling on multiple sites for over a year! The jacket was rolled in a way it was still neat & could fit in the bag - not just balled up & shoved in lol!

Thanks for your offer on this gorgeous blouse from J Crew. Would you be interested in a compromise? Poshmark is doing Closet Clear Out tomorrow. I would lower the price by 10%, and you would get a notification. Then if purchased tomorrow, you would get discounted shipping. Does that work for you?
