babyjing80 @lorac2015 I was at work all day. I got notification said my packages was delivered, so I went looking for it when I got home, but no package show up. I thought it will be delivered today . Still no packages. I don’t know where they leave the pack, normally they will just Left at front doors .

lorac2015 @babyjing80 if you filed it correctly after its filed it should say 'your mssg was received' . if u didnt see that then file again u must have done something wrong. PM still thinks u got the pkg! if they got your email they send back an email next day to you. so obviously u did it wrong. do it again or u stand to lose your $$. .u should know if it went through after u hit submit it automatically says received.

lorac2015 were you able to email them go to problems bottom pg of purchase listing scroll dn till you see an empty line to fill in( they have topvlines filled in 4 you drop down the menue of complaints..pick one that says didnt receive my item fill in next line fill in messg space just tell them what transpired.& howcu already tried to submit earlier answer capcha to prove not robot, sometimes u have to do several times when submit word is blue hit it.
