@omgspace : Betty, my teen told me she accidentally shipped the ring out to you broken. Two legs broke when she dropped the ring. She put the the pouch & left it for me to see but when I saw she hadn’t mailed it I sealed it up & shipped it out. When she told me, I notified Posh but they couldn’t cancel the order & refund you because it had already started tracking.

I’m sorry for the trouble @omgspace , but you CAN get a full refund. Just click “issue/problem with order” instead of “accept order” and then hit “item not as described” to request the refund. They’ll notify me & I will confirm the return/refund for you. Again, my apologies.
