Irene, I would like the coat I bought, you said you were going to send me pictures of the spot, as of today I haven’t seen any pictures. Did you sell the coat to someone else? Is that why you haven’t sent me pictures. I talked to an adman and they said you should have sent me the coat and let me decide if I didn’t want it because of the spot.

Irene, the reason I’m upset is you didn’t even give me a chance or even ask me if I still wanted the coat, you just refunded my money without saying something to me first. I’m very good at getting stains out even oil.
