suroko Hi - you made an offer on 4 Calvin Klein sports bras from my closet. Unfortunately I don’t have the reversible mauve size large anymore. sw34 @bzenten I’m sorry that happened. I was out of commission for a few weeks when this happened and had my husband working Poshmark. I was not aware of what he did until I read your first note. Had you written to ask what’s up before condemning me publicly I would have made it right for you. I’m not trying to make a living by selling on Poshmark. I enjoy selling quality products at very fair prices. If I can make this right in any way please let me know.

bzenten @sw34 On 3/22 I received an offer and on 3/23 I accepted. A week later, I received a cancel notice because you changed your mind about wanting to sell it. But then it was re-listed for sale almost immediately at the original price. I posted a buyer beware on that item only. If it was a one off... then there’s not much to worry about. If it happens often, that’s a different story.

bzenten After I posted my experience, I received an apology from you stating you made a mistake and wanted to make it up to me. There was no mention of your husband being in control of your Posh account (convenient excuse but still plausible so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt) or any mention of honoring your offer and my purchase. There was nothing I wanted so I just left it.

It was cancelled... and why would you think I would want to buy anything from you? It seemed shady and I didn’t appreciate it. I wasn’t being unreasonable or bashing you. I stated my experience and nothing more.

bzenten The only thing I would ask, is in the future, communicate better. If you would have said - I am so sorry, I was laid up and my husband had control of my account and did ??? (whatever he did) - I think most people would chuckle and understand. Me included. Also, don’t post a - thank you for your purchase - when you didn’t honor your part of the sale. That was the kicker for me. From where I sat, the whole thing seemed shady.
