letmelist_it Ok, I am so so sorry. I have written to Poshmark customer service on Monday and again yesterday. Still no answer from them. Please cancel if you have to and Poshmark should send you a shipping label.

letmelist_it @caelliott40 I am unable to cancel the order. You have to reject your order so you can get your money back. I am having trouble conveying to Poshmark Customer support on how I goofed. Again I am so sorry. I am sure this is not the first time they have dealt with this problem.

caelliott40 Hi! I can't refuse the order because my husband already picked it up from the PO. I opened the pkg thinking it was the swimsuit top. Do you still have the top to send me or did you send it to the person who was supposed to get the pants? If we have both paid you, I think the only fair thing to do is have us return these items to you and, outside of Poshmark, you ship us our correct order and reimburse us for the return shipping.

letmelist_it @caelliott40 I have been back and forth with Poshmark customer service 4 times on the details of the mix up. There is no way to call them so this is all done via email. They are slow to respond to my questions and requests. Lets address your Maxine of Hollywood top. I can ship the top this morning if I get a new shipping label from Poshmark. That is if you still want it. You should receive it by Tuesday, latest on Wednesday.

caelliott40 Poshmark sent me an email with a shipping label to send the capris to the correct buyer. I wanted the Maxine top for our trip to Maui but we leave this Friday, so I won't get it in time. I do want to cancel the order but not sure how to go about it. I will try to do that and will let you know if I was successful. I just want to make sure I haven't been charged for the top or the capris. Thanks.
