For example I opened my closet and I had to retake all kinds of pictures of items because color was too dark or didn’t fit in square. I’m still fixing and re- adjusting some items and posts. ceeblue56 Selling... I wanted to share my experience. What ever item you list. Set in your mind an $ amount. If you don’t sell after a few offers...remember there are thousands of poshers shopping. Someone will accept your offer. I felt really awful the first few times no-one accepted my offer. I asked another posher about what happened and she told me - that always happens. A few days later my item sold by another posher. So ...Yes Be Patient...unless you just need to get rid of it and sell. πŸ’–

Poshmark Support can check your closet and see everything. pinkpearl2021 @ceeblue56 So someone wants a bundle from me. One item is showing at the top, but then her likes are showing, which are like 6 items. I told her I was new and asked for her help. I am not ready to give things away. Do I propose a price to her for the items? I will discuss it with her, but I don't want to be low-balled on price. I may have to courteously reject.

ceeblue56 You can set up a bundle discount in your closet. Go to My Seller Tools tap on that. Find seller discounts tap on that. You will see % discounts. I have my closet for bundle 2 or more items - I give them 20% off. You can put 6 items from your closet and it will show total price then Poshmark will show you 20% and what you will receive before fees.

ceeblue56 You choose what % you want to give. I would not go any lower. Just (decline) offers if they try to low ball you. Someone later will buy from you. I do offer a discount on shipping. Never do I offer free shipping. It’s up to you. Hope this helps!πŸ’ž

ceeblue56 How to bundle: If you click on their user name you will be brought to their closet. In the upper right corner there will be their icon/photo with a little bag next to it. Click on that. Then you will be on their β€œMy Bundle” page- go to the upper right corner again and click the 3 little dots, you will see a list of actions, click β€œswitch to sell view”- this will bring you to the page where you can add all of their likes to a bundle and send them an offer.

pinkpearl2021 @ceeblue56 Thank you. In investigating it further, she just added one item. Also, she didn't respond to my messages. Someone told me it could be an accidental bundle. So, I just left a last message asking if she was interested in the item or if it was accidental. You're so kind.

ceeblue56 @pinkpearl2021 Accidental bundle happens. Sometimes posher will bundle one item in hopes of you offering a better % off. Like 15% 18% 25% any other percent you would like to offer. I would recommend make an offer and see what happens. Once your offer is submitted posher has 24 hrs to respond. 🀞 Happy Poshing. πŸ’ž

But, invited her to rebundle if it wasn't a mistake, that I would love to deal with her. I thanked her and wished her well. Also, I got 5 stars and a love note for my 1st sale. As you will experience some Posher’s want to think about an offer made. I’ve had a few - after 1 day of my offer decided on purchasing 10 min before expiration time. With time you will be able to tell who are series buyers or just testing the offer. I always let it expire unless they deny the purchase. πŸ’žπŸ’–

But, when I asked for more information, I just never got a response. So, I deleted it, and posted the message about being happy to work with her in the future. Next time I will take your advice and just give an offer and see what happens.

pinkpearl2021 @ceeblue56 I hate to ask for your help again, but customer service is not responding and I can't do anything in my account. I am trying to add a bank account for my payment, but the code that is supposed to be sent to my E-mail never gets sent. I have been trying for days. I put the address in my address book, checked my SPAM folder, tried resend a bunch of times, tried to log on and off and back again on multiple devices, nothing works and I can't even add a phone number, without a code. TY!

ceeblue56 @pinkpearl2021 Not sure. Wait 24hrs before trying again. Only because my bank - after I try to enter info. I’ve forgotten my code and had reset it. I tried to many times so my bank blocked me to make sure someone was not trying to get into my account. I had to wait for my bank to call and verify it was me. Bank or Poshmark could also be doing the same thing.

ceeblue56 I’m so sorry! If your worried about your payment (on sold items) Poshmark has all your info and when they contact you about where you want payment to go - you can always ask them to mail you a check while you get your account set up.

pinkpearl2021 I checked several times and my E-mail is correct. I tried to add a phone number, but could not get the code to do so. I tried to send myself that report, but it would not send. Yet, all the other E-mails from Posh get sent to me. Thank you for helping me through this.

I know they don't have a good track record Online for responding, but do they want to keep losing people? What a miserable experience. No one helps, except you. If you have any advice. Thank you.

But, I have been trying to get a hold of them for awhile, and because no one was helping, I didn't know what else I could do. pinkpearl2021 @ceeblue56 Just to help you. I get all their informational emails and confirmations that they received my emails. But, can't get a verification code or that report you told me to try to get. My email is correct. Even when they confirm where to send the report, the email is correct in the confirmation. I tried looking at SPAM folder first. Put all addresses in my address book. When you message them, this information hopefully will be useful. Thank you again!!!! You're a saint.

ceeblue56 I just checked through some bank sources. It could be possible that your bank account has a security hold for your protection. You May want to contact your bank explain what is happening and they can release the security hold on your account. I decided to open a saving account for my posh deposits rather than using my checking to keep track of my sales. Im trying to think of all what could be happening.

I know that there is a valid reason for not getting back to you. We should be receiving something in the next 24 hrs. I do have copies of my message to them. Were you able to see when your check was sent out? It does take some time when you are to receive a check. Your Balance and account has all that info. A friend said to go to the BBB and other places, and report them because they will never get back to you. I just don't know what to do. I keep giving them chances. I want this to work. But, if I end up having to leave, I will report them. I don't know about my money either. I can't find out. I don't understand.

ceeblue56 @pinkpearl2021 Yes You have every right to change your mind. Normally A like is telling that posher you maybe interested. They will offer. (At Least I do) to all likes. A posher should not push for you to buy. Offer is given Buyer has 24 hrs to respond. Or you can go into that closet and change the heart from red to not red. That means you un-liked it. That posher should leave you alone. You can just say Thank you but I have changed my mind. πŸ’–πŸ’ž

I have lowered a sale for a posher (nurse) who asked me to hold the item until paycheck time. My heart went out to her! She bought it - I gave her 50% off. (Young single mom working hard for Christmas)and in the following days I had multiple sales. God is good! So so Happy for you. πŸ’žπŸ’–

ceeblue56 @pinkpearl2021 I have received a 3 rating but no review. What occurred Posher asked for 2nd discount and I gave it to her. Item very nice belt… said she never received her item after tracking showed it was delivered. Someone most of stolen her pkg from her. Not my fault - I followed all procedures by posh, I wrapped, sent a gift and thank you note. Not posher’s fault either but she felt she had to vent - by rating me low. It did hit me hard as well. Took me a little time to settle.

pinkpearl2021 @ceeblue56 I made it clear that I wasn't lowering the price in the description of the doll. I still got requests. I sold it elsewhere. I didn't violate Poshmark rules and sell it offline through Poshmark. I wouldn't do that. I am ethical and don't violate rules like that. I gave it to a friend of mine to sell on another site. I agree there are Posher’s who will try to make offers that are not reasonable and will make unpleasant remarks about your closet items. Stand strong! I have declined a few sales as well. For example: my item never worn - in mint condition I have it listed for sale at $125. +’ shipping discount. The item has a tag for $450. A posher offers me $19. No mam I decline.
