adrianarosa1213 👋🏽 Hi thank you for shopping and I’m glad you love the bag. The nameplate I’m sorry I don’t have another one. I would try truffle wax or a soft cloth. Online they said to try water and vinegar and flour mixture to buff it. Honestly the purse was only only used a couple times.
