samsissy Hey Beverly, I am still new to Poshmark. This was the only way I could figure out how to contact you. So sorry u had a hole in your red shirt. If I notice something like that I always disclose & post a picture like the purple shirt set I posted at same time. Unfortunately I did not notice. That’s disappointing. Do you want to return everything for full refund? Or you could keep everything & I can refund 50% of purchase price?

samsissy @blessedmom3993 thanks for your understanding. Can you go back and write comment on the plan to the Admin? That way if they need to release anything etc since case was opened? I believe they can then do the 50% refund. Either way I will follow up & get it resolved for yah.
