lovelyeclectic Hey girlie I understand you processed a return with me because the purse wasn’t your size but you ripped off the manufacturer tag and kept the dust bag which isn’t cool. The item was received damaged with scratches and in poor condition due to wear and poor packaging. Please have more consideration while returning items.

bhavy @foxxydarling Hi I didn’t rip off the tag or keep the dust bag. The item was scratched when I received it, as demonstrated in the pictures you posted. I returned this item some time ago, I’m not sure why you’re contacting me now about something I didn’t do. The item was returned in the condition I received it in since I never used it.
