kelyeskloset No. If a buyer complains for any reason, they have to prove something is wrong with the item. The first time it happened to me it was a scarf. I don't know what she said was not right with it, but it was brand new. They made her keep it. The second was reported not authentic. Again it was new with tags. It was Michael Michael Kors and still authentic but just a less pricier group. Since I didn't put that on the description, she got to send it back. I sold it the next week!
