@bianca5b hi! If you look on the tracking information it says that it arrived about two days ago. 🙂 the tracking information is available if you go to your purchases and click on the item.

@whatcom1 yeah I'm sorry about that this is my first time needing to send a message so I didn't know I had to put your name, but I did send them a email the day I was suppose to receive it and I never heard anything back. I really don't like the fact I paid for something I didn't receive. This is the first time I've ordered something from here and didn't get my purchase

@bianca5b it's alright! I will try my best to help, but I am not sure why this is happening 🙁 I have sold 88 listings and this has never happened so I am assuming it must be a UPS issue. I will send them an email today. I am not sure what else I can do about it though. It has to be a UPS delay issue but I can guarantee that I sent the shipping because the tracking info shows it. I will email Poshmark now 🙂

@bianca5b I just sent them an email! 🙂Don't worry I don't think that, plus there's no way I could really rip you off since they have the UPS tracking anyways that shows I sent it🙂 Does the mailman always put the package in the mailbox? Mine sometimes leaves them on my front porch, maybe it got stolen? It might just be that it got to your post office and they are having a delay there. Hopefully we will get his figured out tomorrow!

@bianca5b I looked and it's only showing a order number. Would that be the tracking number as well? It's saying Delivered where I think the tracking number used to be.

@bianca5b oh and Poshmark just emailed me back! They said that since UPS tracking shows I sent it there's nothing I can do about what happened in transit after I shipped it. They said they want you to contact them because they have a process for when things like this happen and when there are postal service issues. Hopefully they will respond to the email you already sent. Hope that helps! 🙂

@bianca5b hi sorry to keep commenting but I had one more thought 🙂I'm not sure if this happens everywhere but in my town we don't have mail delivery on Sunday's and then Monday was a holiday so no mail then either. So it might just be that it will be delivered today? Maybe not, but that might be what happened! Let's hope 🙂
