biancaali26 @beccafsu18 also! How do I join parties to sell on there too? I've gotten invites and it'll ask me to join by clicking join but is that really it? I don't have to do anything else?

beccafsu18 @biancaali26 When you click "join" it's just allowing you to view what's been posted in the party. To actually post in that party, just share your item and the pop up that asks you how/where you want to share to will give you an option to post to the party. The last party of the day is usually open to all categories, but the other three parties are category/size specific, so you usually can't post all your items in those parties.

biancaali26 @beccafsu18 I've also had several people who create a bundle with me but they'll only list one item. I thought the purpose of a bundle was to get a discounted rate so they wouldn't have to pay for shipping twice..

beccafsu18 @biancaali26 it is. I'm not sure why people do that, maybe they're optimistic that they'll find something else they'll like. I sometimes take that opportunity to make an offer that's just slightly less and without a shipping discount. I've seen more seasoned people than myself ask the same question. It may just be that the shopper isn't sure what they're doing. You could also ask them within the bundle of there's anything you can help them with.

beccafsu18 @biancaali26 the buyer will need to open up a case with Poshmark to return the item. As far as I understand, you, the seller, do not do anything to initiate the return. If Posh approves the return, Posh covers the shipping. If you find the zipper works when the item is returned, inform Posh of this.

biancaali26 @beccafsu18 she totally accepted the item already. She said she's submitted a refund through poshmark but doesn't know how they would do it cause she still wants the other item that was part of the bundle. She commented all of this on the bundle comments.

beccafsu18 @biancaali26 I've not personally had a return yet (hopefully ever!), but per Posh Support, once the Buyer accepts and funds are released to the Seller, it cannot be undone. If you believe the Buyer, you could offer a discount on other (future) items, but other than that, I'm not sure there's anything else you (or they) can do.
