b1gw0mp66 Hi, not sure where I’m supposed to message you here but I’m assuming this will work. Tried to send back the everlane sweater I ordered from you and it looks like it got sent back to me. They highlighted “box closed - no order on file” and “name not on file” as the reasons for sending it back. No idea what to make of that. Wondering if you know why this might’ve happened and what we can maybe do about it Matthew

biancajmartine @b1gw0mp66 Hi matthew, this entire listing was a major screw up for me. I listed this months ago while at my college address in a city 6 hours away from where i live during the summer. I hadn’t really been selling anything for the summer so I neglected to check my address that I had listed so it got sent back to my dorm unfortunately and there’s no one working there and my mailbox is no longer mine! That’s why it got sent back to you. Sorry for all of the inconvenience
