ssszzzzzcloset Hi there, I am so sorry what happened to the Zara bag. I did an inspection before I shipped it and I didn’t notice any flaws. I think what happened was the chain was scratching the bag while in transit, the chain is pretty sharp and the material of the bag is very delicate as you can see. I already let Poshmark know that I am fine with not receiving payment for this one and you can keep the bag. So sorry about that!
