carolyn47 Hi Bill, Log onto your Posh page, and go to your "Orders" - then click on "My Purchases." Your order of the necklace set will appear, then it gives you the option to rate the necklace and accept the purchase. If that doesn't work, check your notices from Posh because they should have sent you a notice to rate the item you received. I am so glad your wife loves the set.
