olyboy1994 @cindylengyel Hi. Thank you for the purchase! We typically ship Monday through Friday. Since yours was an over the weekend purchase we shipped today. We dropped them off several hours ago at the post office. Poshmark is a little behind updating tracking so you should see it typically around midnight or so.

I had some flashbacks there..lol I had a seller over labor day you who was outraged I didn't work/ship Saturday and couldn't until Tuesday due to the federal holiday. As a seller I guess I expect some sympathy from another seller. Now I just block like crazy. If I mess up though I'll absolutely correct the issue so definitely reach out. I'm buying 700-1000 pairs of shoes weekly so definitely some good deals to be had.

olyboy1994 @mossyoakgirl77 Hi. Thank you for the message. Please contact poshmark directly to report your package was delivered but is missing. They supply us with the postage and are the only ones who can correct the issue. They typically take a few days to respond. Sorry we cant be of more help they don't give us the tools to correct the issue.

mossyoakgirl77 @olyboy1994 Thank you, So Poshmark only provides us with an Order # that doesn't allow us to physically track the package. Did they provide you with a tracking number or just the same order #? Did it go out USPS, Ups, or FedEx?

olyboy1994 @mossyoakgirl77 they initially provide a USPS label with a tracking number. they only ship USPS. once it says arrived the tracking deletes from order so we cant check it.
