jessydoodle Hi there! Thanks so much for purchasing my boots! I will do my best to ship tomorrow morning, but wanted to let you know that my area is under a snow advisory starting at 7:00am. If it is already dangerous to drive at 9:00am when the P.O. opens, I'll have to ship Monday morning. Crossing my fingers! Holding off on printing the label until tomorrow. I hope you love these, they're so pretty but I just never have the opportunity to wear them.

julielmay So sorry the dress did not meet your expectations. They notified me that you opened a case, but they State the specific problem. Any advice for future improvement? Thank you and again I'm very sorry that it didn't work out.

julielmay @billie623 what!!!!!!!! OMG THAT MEANS SOMEHOW I GOT LABELS SWAPPED!!!!! I am so embarrassed!!!! That means the jeans lady got the dress. I sure hope they can help me get this all straightened out. I have never done that before! Ugh! I'm going to contact the person that ordered the jeans and see if they've opened a case yet and try and get this all worked out so sorry for the inconvenience and I hope it all works out to your satisfaction in the end

julielmay @billie623 OK so I opened a case with posh to to let them know what I did and ask them for the best and quickest way to resolve. Posh will probably send you a shipping label to return the jeans to me and the same thing for the person that has your dress, then I Will forward the appropriate item to the appropriate client.. We'll see what they decide, in the meantime, have a great weekend😊 and thank you so much for your kindness and your patience it's very much appreciated.

julielmay I just figured out how to talk to the person that purchased the item that you got by accident and have requested that she mail if she hasn't shipped already the item that you purchased. I will keep you posted have a wonderful weekend
