enclothesed Hi there, I bought the Clarks from you a few weeks ago. I just wore them outside the house for the first time and the stitching of one of the shoes completely ripped open basically making the shoe into an open unusable flap. They don’t look like they can be salvaged. I also noticed the little black edges are coming off (which made this blowout possible in the first place I guess). Are you able to refund me for the shoes? I literally wore them once and they’re totally gone.

bxelias @maggiescloset19 I'm so sorry. I paid over $500 for them. worn few times really. I hate seeing them going to garbage too. I wish I knew I would definitely have contacted the post office for the poor handling. especially being wrapped in bubble wrap and case.

bxelias @maggiescloset19 I would also take them to Jimmy Choo I think they do have a policy about that. since there glasses are really expensive. try that too before throwing them out. say they were a gift if they ask for a receipt. I don't keep receipts unfortunately I would have sent it with the glasses.
